Do my customers receive a booking confirmation email?

All people booking an activity at your club will receive 2 confirmation emails.

The first confirmation email is received at the time of booking. 

The second confirmation email comes as a reminder 2 hours before the start of the reservation. 


Paying option: you can activate the SMS confirmation  (SMS unit price: 10 cents)



If your client cancels, you will receive a reservation cancellation email and the reservation will no longer appear in your calendar. 

On his side, the customer will receive a refund according to your management conditions and an email will be sent to him to inform him of the cancellation of his reservation.
