How to designate one or more people as responsible for a booking

The person who made the booking is not the responsible person? You can set another member as the owner of the booking and will appear as the person to contact in case of modification or delay in the session

Click on the booking to access the details of its booking

Click on edit (blue button at the bottom left of the window)

As shown in the image, you can change the booking manager.
