# How do I download my club's application?

## In order for my customers to download my club's application, they must log into their store from the main screen of their cell phone.

On their first use, **your customers must create an account** to get started in order to validate their identity and their mobile device. 

**A confirmation SMS is sent to their phone**, once entered, your customer is part of your database. You will find him directly in the **CRM part of your software.** 

Your customer can fill in a lot of personal information such as his sport level, his date of birth, his profile picture...

All this will allow you to have a qualified database. Via your communication tools suite, **you will be able to send the right message to the right audience without any effort!**
