In order for my customers to download my club's application, they must log into their store from the main screen of their cell phone.
If they have an iPhone, they will have to go to the APP Store, if they have an Android, to the Play Store. The download is free.
On their first use, your customers must create an account to get started in order to validate their identity and their mobile device.
A confirmation SMS is sent to their phone, once entered, your customer is part of your database. You will find him directly in the CRM part of your software.
Your customer can fill in a lot of personal information such as his sport level, his date of birth, his profile picture...
